  • Design, develop, and deliver training sessions, workshops, and materials tailored to First Nations housing administrators and leadership.<\/li>
  • Assess community capacity needs and recommend customized\u2028development plans.<\/li>
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship to housing staff\u2028and administrators.<\/li>
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align training initiatives with the Fund\u2019s mandate and business plan.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
    • Develop clear, accessible learning resources (guides, toolkits, presentations, e-learning modules).<\/li>
    • Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.<\/li>
    • Support the sharing of best practices and success stories\u2028across communities.<\/li>
    • Contribute to reports, research, and knowledge-sharing activities to strengthen housing capacity development initiatives.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

      Qualifications<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
      \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
      • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Education, Social Sciences, Indigenous Studies, Public Administration, or related field (Master\u2019s degree an asset).<\/li>
      • 3\u20135 years\u2019 experience in training, adult education, or capacity-building programs.<\/li>
      • Experience working with or for First Nations communities, with an understanding of housing challenges and governance structures.<\/li>
      • Strong facilitation and public speaking skills.<\/li>
      • Ability to design engaging training content, both in-person and digital.<\/li>
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with cultural sensitivity.<\/li>
      • Willingness to travel to First Nations communities across Canada as required.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
